To me, the failing of people, in this context men, is to think only within the constraints of everyday convention. Many of life's wonders and possibilities are overlooked because men as a whole tend to limit their perceptions at least where women are concerned. This has become especially clear to me in this online dating arena. Being someone who doesn't "fit the mold" of the average woman my age and mentality because I look and act a fair bit younger than the vast majority in my age bracket, I find myself excluded from the usual parameters when men do searches for "that special someone" particularly on a site that by its very nature has more physically active men. I don't want to lie about my age but am perplexed as to how I can positively influence this dynamic in my favor and still maintain my integrity.
Note - The pic is me climbing a tree with my grandsons last June....not something I'm prone to do much, but just proof of my outlook on life. Afterall, variety is the spice of life and we had a lot of fun.
