27/01/07 Horse sales yesterday at Laidley.I always enjoy catching up with the handful of nice people there..lol...this IS the land of us "horse dealers" you know...lol... Farrier this morning..Angelo..best ever..then off to Aratula as all my kids would have had no dinner tonite...Grassy lucerne $3.00 bale...not bad.So I hauled myself out there..it was only 38 degrees today...aaahhh...and hauled me and a float load home. Now I know that this doesn't sound like I have really done much..but hey...come live 48hrs of my life and then you may think differently...lol..aaahh I have 3 wonderful horses in Horse Deals next Wednesday. 1.Stock Horse Mare. "Flints lets Party" 2.Palomino Q.H.Mare 3.An Allrounder- Andalusian Gelding [ no rego :( ] ...so was happy not to buy yesterday.My horses are lovely and will sell quickly and then I am going to have a break, if I can remember what that is !!!! Just a month ....why is Bris. so darn hot in Feb???? Jan. has been bad..I sweat just feeding-up...which only takes me 15 minutes. I am not a gold member but already I am starting to get the hang of this "blog thing"..it is a little like writing to yourself and the whole world at the same time...may keep me ammused for a while..until I get sick of talking to myself through a keyboard!!! My humour is weird.I used to be a psychiatric nurse and yes we have to be weird, or go mad...or both...I chose both!!! Hum, I may try loading one or all 3 of my horses for next week....I don't feel like reducing the pics, so will see if the site will accept them. Well that's me for today...it's been fun...if I keep this up, I will perhaps be able to answer someone when they ask me what I did "last weekend" !! :)
