We met on the computer, fell in love...We have been camping and trail ride ALOT. We do everything together just what we both have always wanted I went Turkey hunting with him in the spring I will be going Deer hunting with him soon. We have played golf, and been to the lake, and several trail riding camping trips. Good luck everyone, don't give up someone is out there looking for you too!
I joined this site hoping to meet new people with the a passion for horses like me. Well I got more than that. I found love. I met George and everything just clicked between us. It was like magic and it is like we have known each other for years. We chat for hours and never run out of things to say. We connected so well that we are engaged. I know that it has happened so fast but when something feels right then why not just go for it! I would say that anything is possible if you just have faith in love.
He said he fell in love with me the minute he saw me at the airport. During my visit at his home town he introduced me to his friends and family. After meeting all the special people in his life I realized how much we were alike, I had finally met my soul mate. He treats me like a princess and has spoiled me rotten. We think just a like and have so much in common too! We are getting married, buying a home togethor and spending a lot of time with our horses!
I joined this site to find someone that had a passion for horses just like me. Well I really did not know what to expect. I was not expecting to make such a great connection. I met George and we had this instant connection. It was like we had known each other for years. We chatted and got to know each other on a much deeper level. He is what I have been waiting for all these years and I think I found love. I think this may be heading for marriage and I would be more than happy to send you our wedding pictures
It's not for everyone, but we were adventurous and loved horses, travel, and endless horse blah blah . we honeymooned in Texas, and live on a brand new farm in north Florida. Take a chance! (But be safe- meet in public at first!) Horse people have to stick together- otherwise we can't be free to love that part of ourselves! Just my opinion- we've been married 2 years this fall.
One Sunday afternoon out of boredom I went back onto your web site. Did a search again, and thought I would send a wink. Pete asked me to send me some photos, which I did..... and we continued to email, then talk and text
for about 6 weeks. He came to visit me for 4 days, and we both have removed our profiles from everywhere and are fully at peace with each other, not to mention totally crazy about each other too. I am going to interview for a
position in my company which brings us about 2 hours apart, and since we both have active busy careers this will work wonderfully while we continue to grow this unique and outstanding relationship.

I did find my love on Equestrian Cupid, although I was not an active member at the time, she emailed me, and I re joind just to answer her email, now we both have our horses together, and plan to marry on horse back in November.
I meet the love of my life via your dating service. I have never believed in dating via the net. I have some friends that have told me horror stories. But one evening at dinner with some friends of mine I enrolled and within a week I had made contact with a lady, how lived in my part of the country. We e-mailed frequently for some time and finally realised that we live about 35min apart. We decided to meet in a coffe shop halfway between us. That was Nov 16th of last year. She has since moved in at my ranch and this fall I´ll propose to her. Thank you so much.
If it wasn't for Equestrian cupid, I may have never found my soul mate. I would recomend this sit to all my horse loving friends so that they can too find there prince charming that will ride up and sweep them off there feet :) I may have found my prince charming and I dont feel the need to be on this site anymore. :) Thank you, Im turlly happy.
Michael Ray Wrote to me in november of last year. (08) He called me The Amazon Cowgirl.... and said that if I ever flew down his way, that he'd pick me up with the horses in tow. Anytime. Well, me, not big on Long Distant Relationships, responded back and said that'd be awesome, and perhaps come spring, I may just do that. We exchanged emails a few more times.. and Valentines day I heard from him, sending me Happy Valentine day wishes, and again, the open invitation to fly down and he'd pick me up with three of his best horses in tow.
Again, I thanked him and had planned a trip to florida, where i used to live...
Between then and March ish, I met a local man. A Navy Captain. He was pretty awesome and we shared some good times together. But I just didn't feel that he was in fact "the one"...
Some time went by and thoughts of my cowboyman was never far from my mind. When I ended the relationship with Richard, I emailed Michael Ray. June and july, we IM'd back and forth . By August, we began speaking on the phone. I could hardly understand his quiet southern gentle man voice...Well, with my approval, he booked me a flight to Jackson Mississippi to meet, date and ride horses... Beings it was our first face to face, He set me up with my very own camper and three horses that i'd care for during my 6 day stay. Giddy up!! A pure Gentleman. So, our first date began with him picking me up at the airport with horses in tow..So romantic.. Once he delivered me to my camper, we unloaded the horses and off for a ride we went.
The rest is history...
I will be flying down to nashville mid october to a shared camping and horsebackriding vacation for ten days.
I am so thankful to have him find me here, for I really had not had any luck meeting anyone close by.. as it turns out, well, love knows no distance, and with his persistance, I discovered that he is my "Twin Flame"... there is only one per person. We are madly in love and fit perfectly in all ways... A perfect love..And the oddest thing of all, Last month we discovered that we shared the exact same last name...my given name.. cept he has an "s" on his last name.. It was right then and there when I realized that, I had to meet him. No Question!!!
Hi Equestrian cupids,
Cupid did its work through your website allright!!! We winked, we emailed, and were intruiged about the other. I flew from the Netherlands to Michigan and we spent time dating. We hit right of. Doug told me later that he knew from the very first date (it was so romantic: dining at the lake and dancing to a live band till late) that he would fall in love and that I was the one for him. We spend great time together, Doug invented the most romantic dates for me and we fell for each other. The songs "Whatever it is" and "I run to you" became our songs and days went bye to fast - it was so hard to leave. Doug gave me an Emerald promise ring with a diamond before I left. The promise of our relation, our love, our bound.
We phoned and emailed again and we really missed each other. A month went bye and I went through a tough time (had to put my Shih-tzu doggie I loved so much to sleep) and I was at my end. Doug was really there for me and wanted to help me and convince me of our true love and the importance of it and bought a ticket for me to spend another 2 weeks together and it took away whatever doubt I could have had and we fell deeply in love. I met his son and family and we spent a lot of time talking and having fun of course too (riding horses, going to horse shows, country fairs, western Tack shops, having fun, doing things, everything was great) and our love grew deep. We had more than a great time togehter and it made me realise and knew for sure, as he did, that our match was meant to be. He had never thought he would meet his match at the other end of the world and I never thought I met my horseman through a website, but your website is the best and I am ever so glad and thankfull for our match.
Before leaving Doug asked me to marry him and I am the most happy and proud woman you can imagine!
He is the greatest, sturdiest but also sweetest, kindest, most thoughtfull and attentive (and most handsome!) man a woman can hope for, a real gentleman, a good horseman (great match there), a great dad to his son, a strong and reliable man and we share the same needs, drive and dream and I feel so honored and lucky to have met him and being asked by him.
I love the US very much and visited many times before, it feels like home to me (and now its gonna be my home, that is so great!), the people, the culture, the nature is so very great, so beautiful, I really love it and finding my true love there is more than a dream come true!
Now we are back to phoning, emailing, skyping etc. again and planning my emigration and trying to find out the best way to get there and get married. I am bringing 2 horses with me so its gonna take a lot of preparation and time (as in the winter they can not be moved). Its gonna be probably next spring or summer to finally be together and get married. Getting a green card is not an easy thing .
Hopefully we can see each other in between with Christmas (the tickets are real expensive and we need all the money for my emigration and our marriage). But, we are strong in our believe, we will make it as our match is true and our love is strong.
So thanks again, for making this match possible and wishing you all the best and all of the members the luck and love we have. As you can see, don't give up: you CAN find your match and Equestrian Cupid can make it work for you - even overseas (and even at our age).
lots of love, Paula
We have found each other (we both found "the love of my life" in each other)on your great website! Now we are trying to get together and fill in a lot of forms and permits (it will take a while, but we are strong in our love) as he lives in the US and I live in the Netherlands (Europe).
Your website made this possible, we would never have met if not for your website and we are so graterfull for it!
Thanks for making it possible!
Wish everyone the best of luck to. Surely you will find it here as we did.
love, Paula and Doug
He winked at me on April 1, 2009 and I sent a wink back to him. Then the short correspondence started via email. We met twice and during those times he came to see me the first time he stayed for a week we did everything together.
Then he came down and suprised me for my birthday. Discovered in such a short time of how much we have in common, it was like we have known each other all of our lives. Almost everything in common. It is like we are soul mates. Im flying up to his home town to meet him and his family in May.
Thanks so much it is a wonderful way to meet someone instead of going out. The matches were awesome. You have a great web site for meeting people and getting to know someone and finding the most matches.
This was the first time that I ever signed up for a dating site. Thought I would be single the rest of my life. Until I met him.
It was great being able to use the site to find other horse people. Normal folks
can't relate. Easy to screen the wannabees from the real deal. All though we are
new in our relationship, we are both amazed at how closely we are matched. So many
similarities. I'm just at the begining of a very long trail ahead.
Wow! Where do I start.. We were living 3000km apart and both were new to internet dating. Our friends (who were fed up with our singleness!) encouraged (bullied!)us to join. Again both of us had only been online a week and he nearly deleted me as I didn't have a photo. What appealed to me was his interest in Clydesdale horses and the fact that we both showed dogs. We emailed two or three times and spoke on the phone within a week and knew that we had to meet as our interests were so identical (we both also play the banjo which is something we never admit to anyone!)
To enable us to meet, I flew the 3000km to his state and we were both very nervous to say the least! From the very second we met, we both knew that this was it...
I was not expecting (nor he) to met his Mum within the first hour of meeting him! Everybody wanting to know who this new woman was and where did she come from!
Three weeks later, I moved to South Australia and never looked back. I feel that we have been inseparable and KNOW that we will both spend the rest of our lives together.
We now have between us eight horses (six Clydesdales)and eight dogs and are planning to buy a new property together. We could not be happier.
Thank you to Equestrian Cupid!
I met my husband on Equestrian Cupid. We actually just celebrated our three year anniversary on September 23! Neither one of us was looking to married, but low and behold, we did! We just decided to meet one day to get to know each other and hang out here and there, but we fell in love and got married.
Okay i had given up on finding that special someone so I quite looking on sites to find Mr. Right well back in February was the last time I was on this site then one Sunday I looked in my e-mail and I had received one from counteryboy so i e-mailed him back and the next thing I knew it was a match made in heaven.
Ron & I met Nov. 9th, 2006 after he contacted me through EC & have been together ever since! I fell in love with him shortly after realizing how compatible we are- we both like to trail ride, camp & travel with our horses. At the same time we both like to cook, clean & dance together- we're inseperale now that he has become my best friend, lover & husband. That's right-husbsnd! We got married 9-7-08 & had a dream-come-true western wedding on horseback! It was held outside at our county fairgrounds & we were blessed with a beautiful day shared by over 200 loving friends & family. We now share our home with 4 Quarter Horses (of which 2 are yearling colts) & 1 Appaloosa, 1 dog & 2 cats. I would have never found my soulmate (or should I say he found me) only 10 miles away if not for Equestrian Cupid! I hope all the members are as fortunate as us- Thanks again!

Hi, smithscares and I are currently communicating and are planning to meet up even though I live in the UK and he is in Florida. Whilst we are talking, we feel this could be a match made in heaven. I'd rather not get involved with anyone else whilst we are exploring our relationship. This site has I think found both of us what we were looking for and we will let you know if we become more serious - although we are well on the way!
